I am working on my new custom trunk layout. I have a show on the 18th so I have to finish her up before then. I will be using my 2 12" MTX 4500's and my DUAL amp for now. I am looking to get a new amp but this will have to do for now. I will through up some pics after I pic up the material I am using to wrap it in today.

 

I was at Tacoma screw yesterday buying a bunch too, i coulda grabbed them for you. are you running just the camber? I did a bunch of math yesterday with my setup apart, and have all the lengths needed for 5, 10, 15 mm spacers, and all those also with camber. I'm running 50 mm right now with 10mm spacers and camber, but am gonna go to a 55mm so i can add a flat washer and lock washer, together they are 4mm.

 

i believe kk's kit is just camber no spacers. now i'm not sure if he wants to rock spacers or not

the bolt size that he wrote on the box that i asked you for were the bolts that came with his camber kit & when we installed mine i stole his 'cause the ones that came with my kit were too long. (my kit came with spacers and camber plates & i didn't want the spacers)

damn if i had known, i would have asked you to get some and i would have given you the cash for them since i owe kk them

 

the 1 5/8 would work out to 40mm, so that is the right size. I am taking him his camber today after work. I was going to go back to Tacoma Screw tomorrow, I could grab some 40mm's if you want.

 

if u have bolts cool if not i'll harass shawn...lmao... besides i actually owe him $$

oh and just camber for me.. no spacers

 

i'll pick up 8 extra 40mm's. I'll talk to you today when i drop off your camber.

I think Egplant would be hot with some camber.....like say 3 degrees.....probably undriveable.......but fun to look at......lol

hey everyone so some of you may know that my 240sx caught fire last month... Super uber sucks *****>< so ive decided to put the tC aside and really do work on this pile of heap. at the moment im saving for a motor swap or just replacement parts for the damage to the engine. meanwhile i can start working on all the cosmetic tune ups ive decided to redo the wheels roll cage and valve cover first.

now for my front wheels heres what they looked like before


after a lot of elbow grease and a rubber hammer we were able to get all 35 bolts off and break the rims in 2
"the lip" notice all the scratches >.< ew!


"the mesh" this is after the aircraft paint remover and some sanding.. Starting to look shiny!


after the aircraft paint remover, 220,400,800,1000 grit wet sanding and metal polish this is what we get. notice no more scratches!


and then a medium spray of wheel clear and a light spray of sparkle clear. so sexy yummmmmmmmmmmm =)


about 2 coats of matalic blue on the mesh..


now my valve cover!! at this stage to me it looks like Frankensteins poo


degreasing the thing >.<


i apparently forgot to take pics after sanding and removing the paint but heres a couple of coats of metalic..

 

No problem, don't worry about the cash, I owe KK a favor. I picked them up today. I left work early cause I feel like doo-doo. So i have them here at my house.

 

not really something to new, i got my hotchkis lowering springs installed and more lights in the grill
