We are not going to be able to make the parade, and quite possibly the show. We have to be at the cancer center at 0700 tomorrow and if Shirley's platelet count drops from today, she will need another platelet transfusion. Will be playing it by ear. If she gets the transfusion, she will be tired and nauseous from the meds and I'm not going to leave her at home while I run off the The Dalles. If she doesn't need the transfusion, we will head down after her appt, but will miss the parade. Keeping fingers crossed.

 

Robbie, that's definately more important! But, hopefully everythings ok and you can still make the show at least, don't getta see you that often! Tell Shirley we are hoping for the best!


Ron, i live about 30 miles from Erik, so if you want to send his bag back with me, i'll get it to him.

I just loaded up the xb and we are leaving in about 1/2 hour. Didn't get to wash it, so definately going to be at the dealership bright and early to use the wash facilities! See you all tomorrow!

Nice ...Two days molesting , I mean hand rubbing my HOTROD and you say "IT'S RAINING BUG'S"

 

Car is washed and waxed so that the bugs just slide right off. Hoping all goes well at the doctors office in the morning. If so, we will be heading down right afterwards, but will miss the parade. If not, we will miss it all but will try to watch the streaming video.

 

We can use painters masking tape on the front kind of like the autocross guys
