Ask your insurance company... I am not sure about the tC, I kow some companies insure an xB as an SUV, others a Sation Wagon...

I think that it really depends on the insurance company. I know that they rate it as a family coupe econimey car. I have heard that some rate it as a camry and others rate it as a sports car. Since the car cannot come from the fatory modified they usually don't know or ask if it has truely been made into a sports car. Most places really don't have inough information on them yet to know where to really classify them, so if your agent is any good they generaly clasify it as a family car. I have noticed that the quotes generaly surprise most people when they get them. So it is really a mystery.

Sorry I could not be more of a help.
