Team Ascension Members,

I'm wondering if I can get a headcount of who would be able to participate in shooting for Most Enthusiastic Club Contest and what date would work better for our members. The deadline for submission is postmarked by December 3rd so we have to think quick to get this done in time.

Also...at this point in time location may not be a problem as we may have shoots centered in each region...just let us know of your availablity.

Crap I should not have voted.... I lost all my info I put in this box. Doug C 11/17 and 12/1 PDX, 11/18 Medford and 11/24 & 25 either or..

CA let me know if that does not make any sense.

 

Maybe the first of Dec. in pdx, may be a busy turkey day weekend with work. Have to play it by ear.

 

Nov 18th is our M&G that would work great for Medford crew. Let us know what we need to do`

I voted for the first but really any day would work for me down here.

 

Well with the 17th/18th having so much rain in the forecast I'm going to try to shoot for the 24th/25th which has sun forecasted.

I'll contact Carl and get the Medford group together for this weekend so that they can film at their meet on the 18th.

Ill be there.....CA i have the banner in my dining room as well as a ten foot by two foot scion banner that i can bring.

 

Hey we (Heather and I) would like to get the Portland Team together this weekend on Sunday at the McMenanims Grand Lodge at Forrest Grove or any local place that you can think of to do our filming. Let me know what you think and if you have a good video camera.

 

Can't make it on Sat or Sun, can we film something at the M&G on Friday?

I talked with Amanda from Group Sales at the Grand Lodge about us meeting in their parking lot on Sunday and they are ok with it.

She said they have a big enough parking lot and we should not be a bother. I was also asked to point out that all the PUBS and Restaurants will be open, so after we are done shooting our portion of the Best Darn Scion Club film I know I will be having a tasty beverage....

Another cool thing to note is that disc golf is free. Weather permitting and if you decide on doing that all you need to do is go to the front desk and ask. Do note that the deposit is your drivers license or $5. The only time you have to pay is if you loose or damage the disc.
