Default Torque Freaks here I come!

I just called and got an appointment for Tuesday at 10am to get the xb's camcon tuned. I hope to hit the 100hp mark, I'll post the dyno sheet after I get it.

Does the Camcon work? I heard the ECU just learns to bypass it........

Cool, keep me informed cuz what i am hearing is that after a portion of time, the ECU just figures out how to bypass and you get no results anymore. Tune and Dyno to see results but drive 100 miles and back to stock......

i believe camcon runs on a switch. Like added HP only when needed, then you switch it off to go back to gas savings ecu mode.

Someone correct me if i'm wrong.

That would be kinda sick if I could get HP on demand........though I doubt I would be turning it off.......just a weird power thing........*insert weird Tim Allen grunt here*

Okay so I just got back first let me say you can turn it off anytime so it will run off the factory settings. Well the short story is it works!!! Here's the data since I don't have access to a scanner, Base 103.01hp &104.77ft-lbs torque after adjusted 105.07hp &106.25ft-lbs torque. When they were adjusting it the computer "learned" what was happening so they had to back it back out to zero and re-adjust. They did some more runs to make sure the settings stayed and they did. So if you think the cost is worth 2hp go for it, I like it a lot before between 3000 and 5000 rpm it bogged down now it stays smooth.
