I don't care for the clutch on the tC, and I must have stick. Otherwise, maybe!

I didn't wake up this morning expecting to get a car, lol. I woke up and was gonna sit on my butt all day.. weird.

I love the new Camry...omg...Mo & I saw one that made our jaw drop at the Meguire's booth at Import Motion that makes one realize what is truly possible with that car!!!

Haha. Thanks. I'm enjoying it a lot. I like the clutch a lot better than the xA.. it's very smooth, not as.. heavy, I guess is the word? And it goes 0-60 just a little bit faster...

Congrats on the TC! The corolla is a great car and so is the Camry even when it is not done up the new models are awesome!

The new Corolla is coming out this year wondering what the redesign will look like!

Smart choice on the S it is really the only way to go.

Congrats, it looks nice and a great choice on the paint. At least you kept it in the family. And yeah I agree with you about the clutch.

enjoy your new car, and when you are not looking is usually when you end up with one.

What I Miss About The xA
- iPod connector
- iPod display on radio
- iPod controls on radio
- Speakers
- My ScionLife sticker... anybody have an extra that I can have?
- All the settings (ie, seat placement, rear view and side mirrors) never had to be changed between the hubby and I.
- 32,764 miles we put on it 100%

What I Like About The Corolla S
- Smells like new car
- The clutch
- The stick
- The pedals
- The way it rides
- The shifting points
- The way it doesn't sound like it's being over-revved at 3000 RPM
- The color
- The spoiler
- The fog lights :D
- Keyless entry
- THE CRUISE CONTROL!! (It's absolutely wonderful. It stays constant. When you're going downhill, it doesn't change. Uphill, doesn't change. I got a chance to drive a friend's Ford Focus today because he needed me to bring it to him.. the cruise control is HORRIBLE. It went up and down all the time, downhill didn't adjust, uphill didn't adjust. And need I mention I almost forgot how to drive an Automatic?? Haha. I will never go back. But anyway, the cruise control is awesome. I love it.)
- Insurance went down.

What I DON'T Miss About The xA
- The clutch (in comparison to the Corolla S, that is)
- 103 horsepower
- The way it sounds like it's being over-revved at 3000 RPM
- Not having cruise control
- Paint chips on the hood
- My damaged front license plate and grill thanks to some @$$ that hit me.

What I DON'T Like About The Corolla S
- I'm used to the quality of the speakers in the xA.. so it throws me off a little bit.
- Haven't found anything else

What I Am Undecided On
- Whether or not I like the set up and design of the brake lights, reverse lights and turn signals.. all in the back, of course.. what can I say, I'm picky about my butts.
- Whether or not having no rear windshield wiper will matter that much.
- We haven't found the happy medium between our seat's position.
- I have to get used to the dimensions.. I'm so used to my tiny little car with no butt end.. it's hard! I haven't driven a sedan in a while.. and my last one was smaller at that. But it'll be okay.

I know there's something I missed.. just was thinking about this all on my way home from Spider-Man 3 tonight.. thought I'd post.

^^^^all standard on the new xd, with cruise control 16" tires and rims for better riding and performance. Also inhanced audio with the I-pod stereo standard. The 1.8 liter engine in the new xD is the same one as the corolla, also has more trunk area because of the hatch.

LOL sorry I ahd to through that one out there. You just need to wait a little bit longer. But I am really glad to hear that you like your new car.

How was Spiderman 3????? I want to know if I should go to the theater or wait forthe dvd?

Well the funny thing is that the reason we even went out and got a new car is because we were talking about how the xD comes out in a few months from now and how we might trade in the xA for it if we like it (as I know everything we have now on the Corolla is what the xD will have lol).. but somehow it turned into, "Want to go look at cars when I get off work?" We were just going to "look".. but ended up taking home the Corolla because we liked it. I am still going to test drive the xD when it is available, but I'm pretty sure it's not in our budget to have two brand new cars right now.

And Spider-Man 3 was good.. you'll hear lots of reviews about it, but the only thing I can say is to go see it for yourself. Though I admit I have not seen the 1st and 2nd in their entirety, nor did I read the comics.. so I am one of the people who can say it was good and not say I didn't like it because it "didn't follow the comic".

It's a movie. They never follow the comic or the book right down to it.. People should know that by now. But either way, I thought it was good.
