Don't forget that this Saturday is the meet and greet at Linda's Homeplate at 5pm-7pm. See you all there.

Doug & Allie...if you can make it then mark 'yes' on the calendar if you can (http://scion.meetup.com/30/calendar/6642043/). We have about a dozen new people registered on there in the past couple of weeks and we want to let them know how active we are!

thanks CA for getting this on the meetup site. I got a e-mail from mattross and he has a concern that we're a big group in a little diner and taking possible business from Linda. The place is small and does get busy with customers. So, Matt suggested a place in the mall. A mini golf place within the mall was his suggestion. Matt, if you could give details on the place that would be great.

i have to agree with Matt and Rick. This is a small lot and the resturant is hidden in a industrial site/business plex

I think I tend to agree too. This was setup because the thought was people were helping out Linda, a Scion owner. But it if is as small as you say it is then it doesn't sound like a win-win for her or the meet & greet. I'll try to find out what her thoughts are on it because I'd hate to have meets there if she's not so hip on them or if they are driving away her other business.

Hello everyone.

I come from the 9thgencorolla.com forums. I am in the middle of totaling my corolla and getting a tC. Do you folks welcome newcomers to the meets? I'm not sure if I will have my tC by Saturday, but I would like to come if I do.

Thanks

garmie, it would be nice to have you come to the meet. with or without your new tc.
Also, are we all going to still meet at Linda's this Saturday or try the mall thing that Matt suggested?

It is a little close to suddenly change the location so we can talk it over at the meet.

I agree we should have it at Linda's this month. Also, looking like it will be a big turnout. Might even fill Linda's completly up with us Scion people.

Linda wants as many people as we can get to them she thought the last two we had there were small and was hoping for a bigger turn out . Her words not mine.
