can do audio....seing that they use the same radio in all 3 models... wiring harness would be the same.. just a matter of getting the right trim piece(s) ... and the type of deck your putting in... personaly havent done any speaker upgrades myself.(had others do it) but those shouldnt be to hard either

yeah... can do nav install... AVIC-D1... that pioneer i think?? is it double din or single??? installing the deck shouldnt be a problem.... if the NAV part is a add-on or built in... it shouldnt be a problem either... only thing that may cause an issue would be the flip down door the tC has... if i remember reading... there may be some clearance issues with that.. .but i'm not 100% sure....

my NAV system is a eclipse double din... so it fits just about peferfect in the stock opening... just a couple of trim peices for either side is needed... not sure if its needed for the tC... but i'm sure if you surf the ICE or TECH sections.... you can find out if have any clearnence issues with the deck you ...

Just like KK i can tear a xb apart in no time & well already have torn it all apart multiple times.

i have done some work on a TC & could assist you or KK or any others in doing one. the AVIC-D1 is a Pioneer unit & i believe that's the double din unit & does not come w/ a built in DVD player. Also I believe that this is the headunit that won't allow you to wire it up so that it can be viewed while driving as well, just a fyi. As for installing it and the NAV, piece of steak. The only thing you have to be concerned about is that door on the TC like KK said. Once you determine that, the rest is easy. The only thing i will say about the TC is that the rear panels are more difficult to disassemble then the XB, but that's just me..

Good luck and keep us posted.

Ahh... the memories of the hatch panels... That brings ya back...

Those were a biscuit (I even just typed biscuit, no need for the system to edit me...lol)

Speaking of tearing my tC apart Shawn, we gotta get together some time and you take a look at what went wrong with my cathodes...

I just got done drilling the holes in mine to make my new piece fit right. Didn't know there was a post and "How to". Would have saved me a little time.

Anyways....it wasn't hard at all. I know the tC decently well and between me and KeKai or someone else, we can get it all in and working. But as far as I know, I dont think anyone here will charge you unless you are just handing someone the keys and saying here. Do it.

sweet jesus..Scion owners are cool as hell...I'm going to ordering the stuff online soon. I think bajangles.com is the cheapest I've seen..its like 995 new. I saw taht new Z1 which looks real cool but I can't wait and it's going t be real expensive!

So I need the actual unit itself..the Toyota wiriing harness..is that it? How would I go about making the steering wheel controls work..I'm trying to search that up.
