too many forums.. too many websites, too many places to check for important info

yea, I don't think this split was really necessary seeing as the PNW forums aren't that busy.

 

I honestly don't think many people check it very much

 

i think that this split feeds the underlying issue... sorry for puttin it out there but for people who know me this is nothing new, and people who dont... im the guy who says what everyone else is thinking but doesnt have the guts to say... this split in the forums is bs.

 

more people just need to check it!

 

I agree...I think it was unneccessary...now I have more places I have to check and I liked to see the PDX stuff with the SEA stuff. We should be one big happy family!!!

 

Would you guys like to dump the Portland subforum and just have SEA and then the rest of the NW? There'll be a bit more noise in there that way.

Darren is pretty set on these regional subforums, but I think it would be better if the NW parent forum would show topics from all the subforums as well. Unfortunately that's not so easily done, and we'll probably wait until the new forum version is released before attempting to tackle that beast.

 

I just wanted to say that I don't like the subforums either.

 

maybe just a pdx/sea metro combined... then the gen PNW region forum???

 

Yeah... we're just too happy together! I don't touch the PDX forums, as I'm pretty sure that the SEA guys probably don't check them out as much as the PNW...

I read somewhere that Simplot the supplier of McDonalds fries closed their idaho plant years ago. I wonder where they come from now, or are they even potatoes?
