i have a buddy thats not active on here and he wants to get this done and lives in fullerton....do youchange needle color as well? because he wants all the gauge cluster and hvac blue but his gauge needles black . can you do that?

Yes... I can do pretty much everything... including reverse LCD..
Custom gauge face, center tach conversion....

But not sure why you want the needle black... you can't see the needle at night time....

For daytime... with black gauge face.. you won't see it well....

Oh shoot..

I've sold all of the LED dome when I was back in Vegas..
But I'll have them in stock next week..
