Ok guys, due to someone being in a band they have a show lined up in LV that weekend and me being busy for this month, I am going to postpone this event for now. It seems there has been a loss of interest/or ppl are busy and communication and that is my fault and i sincerely apologize.

I will personally be in SD/Duarte/Hunington Beach/Laguna Beach area on the weekend of March 17th/18th if anyone would like to meet up with me and patrick PM me and we can trade numbers.

I am going to retry for this event/gathering in April. Would that be alright for everyone?
Dinner will still be held at the same place. I am going to call the resturant today and tell them its going to be pushed back.

So if a mod could lock this thread it would be greatly appriciated.

30 people is just my goal I want to reach.
I would like to have people come (and possibly stay) at the hotel.

I was looking at this nice resturant called Pomodoro. They seem to have some tasty food! And its right in the main part of Laguna Beach, figure maybe we can all eat there then hit up the ocean shore for pictures!

The only reason why I would like people to attend the hotel after party is because I can easily land an ILL room w/ a gnarly view of the ocean. The room has a sweet deck/patio. And if you would consider attending the party, I would simply ask $20 per person, and that would go down the more people get interested in wanting to go to the hotel after party thus to help pay for the room itself.

Now you can see why I want to take my time in planning this because I want to see the interest level on going to the hotel If there isnt a lot of interest, I am still going to hold his bash!

Ok I have no included a poll in this post.

Please vote on it so I can get a really better feel to when you people would like to do this. It will be an ongoing Poll till March.

Towards the end of Feb., I will be double checking with everyone who has posted on the roll call to see if indeed you are still going.

Once I get final numbers, I will be making some phone calls to the hotel and to the resturant(whichever we all decide on going to) to let them know we are coming.

Communication is key guys! Just over a month away till this happens, let's make it good!
