want to know if there any members here actually track their tc if so what settings are you using?

edit: to be more specific what suspension setting are you guys using springs or coils? Im considering swtich out my spring/strut combo out for some Tanabe S0Cs would like some feed back

Tanabe is a good brand, how ever I would go with Progress or H&R coilovers, if you're really serious about racing, coilovers are better over springs and shocks/struts.

ya i have a track event coming up this august and these springs/struts wont cut it. Have you had expriece with Progress or H&R? and how much are they thanks?

LOL you again kiss i can't get rid of you can I haha.... sooo where is this magical right shop you're talking about im very intrigued to know. The events in august to i kinda have to move some ___ and get those coils fast.
