I am still in the process of deciding to attend Cal Poly or UCR. How is it over there?

UCR isnt as bad as everyone says it is. Only reasson people put it down is because its in the IE where nothing really poppin is - location i guess? everyone puts it down but you wonder why did they go there? Oh well i like it at UCR parking isnt bad, new buildings, no football team but ehh - anyways overall its cool.

How does the engineering program from UCR compare to Cal Poly? I'm planning to major in Architecture or Engineering of some sort, and business, definately business.

Engineering, For sure CAL POLY! My bro went there for CIS. Its like Highly ranked-
But for Business UCR offers undergrad business and MBA . Not many schoools offer both- so it allows you to talk to people who are already MBA students and what not.

4th year BSAD major ('')

I am a senior majoring in Civil Engineering at Cal Poly, and work with Architecture at work in school. Fo Sho Cal Poly is known for it's engineering program, but you won't be seeing any girls in your classrooms. haha The Architecture program takes 5 years to complete which normally for a regular student average around 6 years. ouch! For engineering, it is a 4 year program and the average student graduate around 5.3 years.

There aren't any parties in campus unless you join a fraternity. Cal Poly is usually a commuter school, so it is pretty empty around school time, and of coarse we have a lot of scion drivers

If you want to go for business, go with UCR.

I'm down with a UCR meet. Hey, spanky, I think I saw u 2day at around 12:oo ish. U were on 14th street going towards Downtown. I threw out the peace sign, but I guess u didn't noticed. I had my ambers on with all the windows down.

RCC is the place to be, for now. hey manwezy, I haven't seen u around. I have the camo xB with black steelies and that wakaba(green/yellow) badge on the right side.

Since we have a good share of clean JDM style cars in Riverside, a meet like this would be great. If its just a Scion meet, its going to be short lived, I think.

Default MEET

IF YOU MAKE ONLY SCIONS,IT PROBLEY WON'T LAST LONG. ANY JDM STYLE CAR WOULD BE COOL. WERE GONNA MEET ON FRIDAY AT MY WORK (QUALITY TOYOTA) ABOUT 6:30 IF ANYBODY WANTS TO SHOW UP, COME ON DOWN.....
