Im looking for anyone in the OC area that has an Eclipse 2454 unit.. I need to meet up and try your Map DVD in my unit to see if it fixes the problems I've been having with it .. PM me if you can help out

i had one but sold it to susixfish, what is the problem with yours, maybe someone on here can help you out and do you the 2.1 version disc or the original one that came with it?

 

Some of the buttons are greyed out .. This happened after my car battery died and I jumped it .. It lost power so the unit reset .. Fujitsu said that it needs an original map disk to initialize the unit .. I don't have the original map dvd so I'm curious if thats the problem

 

yeah you know how everytime you have to put in the nav disc to beable to play a movie, well just instead that disc and let it update on it's own, only takes like 2-3 mins i think.
