I'd be more than willing to pay as well. I would rather wait a couple hours...patiently for it to get done. Rather than send it off and hope I get the gauges/HVAC back.

What are you asking for the TRD exhaust?

Well I am in San Diego until the 21st of April, and then I will be in Pendleton for 3 years. So if you want I can pretty much hook you up on the LED swap any weekend! I did my own as well as a few of my friends in Maryland. I did both a tC and an Xb. The xB is a little harder since some of the LED are so tiny and some of the dash lighting are bulbs not LED. I do not know wich bulbs to get to replace the ones in the xB, but the larger LEDs are the same as the ones in the tC.

I would be willing to do it for $100/car and you need to provide all the LED's! You can purchase the LED's @:

http://www.lc-led.com/Products/department/5 - for the tC and larger ones in the xB. Get the Surface mount Power top!

http://www.lc-led.com/Products/department/29 - for the small ones behind the clock in the xB!

I do not know where to get tiny colord bulbs at for the the a/c controls in the xB! I also do not know how many of each that each car will need, since it has been a few months since I did this, I just don't remember the numbers![/url]

Pendleton huh? Marine or Navy Corpsman, I'm guessing...right? I was looking to get the LED gauge swap done soon, but if I order the LEDs today they won't arrive for like 2 weeks. So if I don't get it done by or before the 21st, could you still do it at Pendleton or not? Also can the LEDs be dimmed like the current stock setup?

daymn.... that's expensive... i'm i ripping myself off charging people less? (sorry guys... i'm local to bay area... socal trips happen.. but not often) (and not trying to hijack you or anything either)

and the leds for the xB a/c controls i would get from http://www.superbrightleds.com/

Well I have found that to have a shop do it for you it is more around $200+. <--(cost of LED's as well as 2-3hours labor at around $75 hour.) Granted it only takes 1-2 hours they will charge you for 2-3! So i figure $100 plus the cost of the LED's (which is why I have you provide them yourself!) is not that much of a rip off!

Yes I am a Navy Corpsman! lc-led is a great compony to work with. When I ordered mine for my tC it only took around 1 week to get them they are pretty snappy with orders! As far as me still doing it while I am in pendleton, ofcoarse I will! I will still be in the area! I am in school at the moment in San Diego, but will be permanent at pendleton for 3 years! I will be living in Temecula if you know where that is!

And yes you can still dim the lights! All you are doing is changing the color on the board not changing the wiring of the board!

which would also be HIGHLY illegal since you'll be swapping your odometer reading as well..

OK so I ran a little test and turns out the guages do hold the odo computer, thanks SquallLHeart for the save, although I think I would've figured it out when my guages where reading really low(or high).

Kinda interested in getting them switched out but that is a lot of money simply for labor!

where are you getting ur work done? $75/hour is pretty much an average across the country! Maybe a little bit more for the "brand name" shops!

I want to get everything done at once. Not $75 for gauges, then $25 for steering wheel, then $100 for center, etc.

I was just using that as an example...I wasn't hinting towards anyone in this thread saying that.
