Default ATTEN. if you go to GMR / or AZUSA CANYON

Dear Thieves,

************. We came up to GMR on Wednesday to have a good time and to run the canyons and what do you do? You held us up at gunpoint at 1 AM in the morning. You steal our wallets, phones, keys, and CARS. You then proceed to leave us at the top and make us walk two hours down to the bottom of GMR and at the campsite to call the police. How can you be so cruel? You steal a car mans car. Even though I rode passenger you are all ********. You are making my life difficult and my friends lives difficult by having to go out of our ways to get everything in our wallets renewed. You made us walk down in the freezing cold with nothing to assure our safety. I hope karma gets you *******, I will not say anything like I hope you die. Karma will get you, the police will get you, you will end up in prison as somebody's _____. Hit the gym you soft *******, you had to use a gun to make sure no one harms you.

This is all a fair warning to all you GMR runners. If you run GMR run it with a large group of people so that thieves will not attempt anything on you.

Be Safe
Alex

Wow that sucks! Glad everyone made it out in one piece.

Did you manage to get the other guy’s plate number? What kind of car/s were you driving? Where is GMR? Were you parked and they pulled up, or did they pull up alongside you & force you off the road? Scary either way.

If you haven’t already done it I would recommend calling all the credit reporting organizations and have a fraud alert placed on your name and social security number. It will help stop thieves from doing more damage by stealing your identity. Here’s the info:
Equifax: 1-800-525-6285
Experian (formerly TRW): 1-888-397-3742
Trans Union: 1-800-680-7289
Social Security Administration (fraud line) 1-800-269-0271

Hope you get everything replaced w/o too much hassel.

more details, i've got friends that run those canyons and may
have witnessed something that may be of help.
what was their mode of operation? i'll say it for you
"i hope those fockers die! die a slow painful death" there....i feel for you guys,
just glad you got home to post this info and you're safe.

That's insane. Sorry to hear about your car. Thanks for telling us though, because I was thinking of doing a canyon run soon. Now I know to be more careful.

I'll keep an eye out for your car.
