and no burning out, or revving, or loud music, please i dont want this to turn into a flame fest of cops, especially since there are no carb legal parts for the tc, well get nailed real fast,

I can evision this... TB cruising along then VROOOM! Kirby passes him and cuts in front of him. TB makes a quick lane change then VROOOM! cuts Kirby off. *this goes on for the majority of the cruise*
