I believe Karma rewarded Louis on this one. He's one of the best people you would ever meet.

I guess my wife and I are two of the lucky ones to get back into our home unaffected, but it was pretty close and scary at times. There are plenty of others in Yorba Linda that were not as lucky as us,. There are so many around here that have lost everything... but the only ray of light is the fact that they came out alive.

We were finally able to go back to our home in Yorba Linda late last night and spent most of the night unpacking everything that we had crammed into our two cars and a Suburban. I am back to work after only 4 hours of sleep, but the sleep that I lost is petty compared to what others have lost.

To those that have passed along their messages of concern and support - THANK YOU... it's probably one of the few things that have kept my mind from going insane while watching everything around our neighborhood burn down on TV.
