Out off the I/H/E, the only one that I did notice was the header... Is it worth it? As long as you dont pay $300 for one, Yes. Just my .02

I (once again) have heard that the super cheap ebay ones fit poorly and have bad coating on the outside. Just buy a good brand and you should be fine. You get what you pay for.

a header works. your top end gets a bump with 4-1, and a low/mid gets a bump with 4-2-1. However, since our headers are so short, they basically will feel the same.
should not have problems with emissions since the O2 sensor is after the header. However, DC's is the only CARB legal one I believe.
Cheapo ebay ones i personally cannot vouch though some people have gotten them wihtout any problems. Finish is definitely not as good as the name brands.
I have Strup. It's sexy.

since you have a CAI already, get a 4-2-1 I have CAI and 4-1 and I can't get out of my own way off the line.

short ram intake with 4-1 dc header with a axle back of your choice = a good combo!

Agreed, SRI with 4-1 or CAI with 4-2-1.

SRI/4-2-1 would make you a monster off the line, but top end you got nothin, and CAI/4-1 means you can't get off the line to save your life, but you can pull on V-8's (trucks) from 80.

that statement made me laugh for 2 reasons...

1) monster off the line in a xB?

2) the Fujita SRI w/ 4-2-1 Header made me lose all my low end torque

I meant campared to what it was. And I dunno why you lost all your low end torque. I have a CAI/4-1 and have the same problem.

guys guys guys ....
the differences between the 4-1 and 4-2-1 on our small engines really won't make that much difference ... SRI and CAI same thing ... not that much difference... it's pretty much brand preference for our cars ... sure you can say butt dyno or dyno numbers but practically, they perform almost equally ...

yeah we know we didn't buy the car for speed and all he is asking is what headers ar good for the xb not which ones will make it go FASTER... DC are good cause they are CARB legal like everyone else stated but i still would like to get the Greddy SUS headers and see some feedback on them well these are my own 2 cents
