I can't believe the kinda life JJ has.......
god its pretty bad, but luckily tim from killer glass and Dean from sticker city hooked me up with vinyl and the help of my team members they applied the vinyl on and added some sponsored stickers to help. I'm glad they didn't really notice since there main focus was the overall of the car and all the new things i recently added.
The thing that sucks is that so many things happened the week of the show:
1st i get a call from carsponsorships asking that they need a car for a booth at HIN, so i agree and they said anything i want from the glowshift gauges i can get, so i ordered 1 of everything possible even an oil cooler and they overnighted it to me.
2nd i get a call from nitto since i've been bugging them like crazy, and they tell me i can get my tires but i have to drive to ontario to pick it up, so this all happens within 2 days before the show. I go to ontario pick up the tires at a huge warehouse and drive back to the ghetto because i'm broke as hell and can't find a place to get them mounted on, and that cost me around $140 to get the daym tires mounted on my tires, The tires were 285/30/19 Nitto INVO's, then i go the next morning to get some lug nuts end up getting some 5zigen extended for $145 daym...;
3rd, i find out that the gauges pods welded into my roll cage are too small for my new gauges to fit,grrrr.... so i had to all night and day of rollin grind down with a dremel the insides of each of the pods so i could fit the new gauges in, as well as mount the other 8 gauges and shift light. and the night prior me and my friend welded up the brackets for the oil cooler to mount on.
4th the infamous accident
, i was stupid for not paying attention in bumper to bumper traffic i was still trying to make sure the gauges were all wired up and then bam...grrr..
5th the night of roll in after i get into the accident i was testing my power transformer so i can run lighting, it blew all the fuses i was running, even with nothing plugged in to it, so sat morning i had to drive to L.A.'s electronic district and buy a $180 one and go back home and go to frys to get spare fuses just in case, and during the show it kept on blowing up as well but luckily i brought my battery maintainer so i was swapping back and forth to keep the electricity flowing into the car
grrr...
6th people kept on calling me regarding wristbands and my gf bugging me to make sure she got one, and then an issue at the front desk when they wouldn't give her a wristband even though her name was on the list god.. so much shiet happend and more that i don't even want to think about. lol
Sucks though i have a show to do in glendale tommorow as well so if anybody wants to see my crack come by toyota of glendale between 4-8pm there will be food etc.. i will be posting up a thread about it, its the xd's release at there dealership.
after tommorow i'm gonna fiberglass the bumper my self and get it painted hopefully in time for the oxnard show, at least the great thing at the show i got to meet my new sponsors as well as some promising features on the car
i hope and pray everything goes my way since everything else seems to be going against me
ohh well thx u guys for the support, and thx for the pics because i didn't even take any pictures of it before the vinyl was put on because i didn't even want to look at it.

and also forgot to say the day after the show i had to go paintballing at 8am for my gf's 21st b day, and we had celebrated it also on thursday night the same night i barely get my tires put on and the gauges hooked up.
then when i get back from paintball i forgot to take the trophies out of the back of my friends integra and most of my trophies where tilting forward because of the heat melted them even the new HIN trophie i just won

ohh yeah also after i get the tires put on i find out there too wide and that was my fault for choosing such a high width, so when i put the tires on there no gap at all so i had to drive it from the tire shop to a friends shop then from there head home get the spanner keys and head back to the shop to raise the car up, and still i'm rubbing and hitting the front bumper on the turns, but the tires feel and look great , except for the occasional melting tire smell from all the rubbing
thx you guys yeah its freaken hard to do everything all at once now i have to figure out if should fix the bumper now or wait so i can hit up the rest of the scion shows because i should let it cure for at least a week or two after paint before putting blue tape to drive it around.
