Default Install

Hey Guys,I'am new to the scion site.Just bought 2006 xb.I would like to do some mods.I have 215/35/18/ six spoke chrome wheels and nankang tires.I'am 48 years old and have 4 pins and screws in my knee.I would like to buy a header, intake, exhaust on line. The problem is I can't do the installs myself.Would like to know of a speedshop or mechanic in oc area I could pay to install?Any help or info would be appreciated.
Thanks
