Yes your shocks will eventually blow but not for a LONG time.
With what you are thinking of doing, you are going to spend money on NEW shocks
to replace yours that are practically NEW as well. You only have, what, about 3K on them?
3K is nothing. That's practically new bro, trust me. I have 38K on my car,
I'm lowered, and I'm on STOCK shocks (not TRD, freaking STOCK).
I honestly was about to do the same and replace them when I put on my springs but
after rationalizing things out, I decided it would be a was a waste of money at
that time. Replace your shocks when you need to, not just because you want to.
