We have it all set so I wanted to update the 1st. post. The install list is now closed! Unless you want to come hang and or help install + bring tool to help us do more work quickly! If all goes well we will do this again so don't fret.

5. INFINI (Install Agency Pulley /not underpully, clearing out headlights)
6. Mightygnu (Install my turbo, if it all gets here?) Day doesn't matter, I'm open.
7. JrodtC (The Cook) Day doesn't matter, I'm open.
8. haiduy (What Gauges? What Headers? Motor Mounts aren't gonna happen as far as I know)
9. martinezj_013 (tein s-techs) (1-2 Hour install, all depends on focused you are)

That depending on the time of day can be like a bit over 1hr. Not terrible. I can do it at my place but it would be 1 or 2 cars at a time being worked on the rest would have to find parking and hand out in the yard making hot dogs

I would also have to mail the block association about it

 

that sounds like a fun get together.

Oh and also there is the issue of the dreaded word "liability". If we are gonna try and put something like this together we all need to have people there with experience of some sort AND know for sure they are ok with not being able to charge $$ or be charged. therefor not liable to guarantee the work.

If there are "real" mechanics there helping than they can decide to guarantee or not etc. We have to really talk about this kind of stuff also so no disasters occur.

Chris (06scionxb) does great work, price is unbeatable compared to any shop, and everyone is always hanging out giving a helping hand.

 

Baldwin park is not too far for me. Where is the proposed place?

LOL I don't know if that would be our first project of the meet Talk about a potential disaster. But a worthy challenge at some point.
