OKay guys, the show is not cancelled but we are running at capacity. This is where Power Toyota kind of screwed up because when they initially approached us they were making the customer parking available for the meet and now its not. And when I gave them numbers I didn't give them Scion numbers because none of you guys really signed up except for like 2 of you guys and Scion Kreationz letting me know today they can bring 10. So when I told them when Scion clubs come they bring numbers they might have jumped the gun and just said it was cancelled but its not. Although, for you bigger Scion clubs, if you could bring less numbers that would be greatly appreciated since we are running at capacity and need to be able to also accommodate Toyota's and Lexus as well at this meet. I do apologize though for not having enough space for this show. I think the GM thought the 25th was a Monday and not a Sunday when they scheduled this. So again the event is not cancelled.

well how many parking spaces are reserved for the scions? Are you going to decide by who signed up first on this forums? b/c exact #'s can inform us much better than an estimate.
You got the list ^ so seems like you could decide who goes or not. If you're looking for specific cars w/ specific modifications, that would help us too to decide if we should go or not b/c the cars that show up, i think, are gonna be all modded out (flushed, tucked, twin turbo, etc. )
