Longo Scion Reconnect: Thusrday, March 22, 2012
Hi Everybody!
We've finalized our planning for the event. Here are the details:
Event: Longo Scion Reconnect 2012
Cost: It's on us! (Longo Scion)
Who?
For you: The Scion Owners ~
What's happening?
It's been a while since we've had a Scion event so it's time to do a nice little one for our usual suspects
Come on down for complimentary Food (we're going with Los Saigon this year: http://lossaigon.com/ ), a complimentary oil change (if you're due for one, and yes, we know how to handle uber-dropped cars ~ right Will from Night Import?), complimentary Rain-X application on the windows and to test drive the newest premium micro-subcompact, the 2012 Scion iQ. Maybe we'll share some 2013 Scion FR-S news as well! We're working on a few raffle prizes ~ so we'll see how that goes :D

I'll have a registration site made in a few days. Please RSVP so I can get everything settled. Please register yourself for each vehicle you are bringing in along with the number of passengers in the vehicle. We'll need a proper head count for food. We'll be providing food tickets based on your registration. We'll have a few extras but PLEASE register.

Just giving a heads up. We'll be doing a Scion Reconnect event this March. We're booking the Los Saigon food truck (free food!) and having complimentary Rain-x application and complimentary oil changes (if you're due for one). In addition, we'll be having a iQ drive event (if you're so inclined)
Let me know if you want us to do something different than last year (2011 was free oil changes and Kogi).

by march i might actually be at my last complimentary service there at longo haha...so it might be time for me to get my last full syn oil change

We'll also be having our BIG Longo event in late April/early May... we ended up skipping last year due to budget ~ so this is our mini iQ introduction. We'll being doing a proper welcoming for the FR-S at that event
Please spread the word to your team/crew forums. I'll have the date finalized in a week or so!

Waiting for Corporate to approve the event format first (just sent it Friday, so I should know by Tuesday). Then I'll need one or two days to get Service management to coordinate who will be working and finalize it.

We're looking at a Wednesday or Thursday night. It's not an extremely late night event (typically 7pm to 9/10pm) so you'll be able to get fed and hang out.
