a cool car show.
pre 67 cars only, pinstripers, hot rod artists, and 1/8 mile drags

George Barris, Winfeild, and others of kustoms founding fathers go to this show (the o.g. bat mobile and munsters coach have been displayed at this show) its pretty wild

if you want a JDM pinstripe some artists from japan will do a stripe job for you in the parking lot!

if you into primer rods, kustoms, and all things hot rod this is a fun event
and lots of artist booths and moons own accesories for sale and i think their is a art raffle too.

its the first time it will be held at Irwindale i've been going since 1998 id never miss it ever

yeah this event was crazy when it was at Mooneyes in Santa Fe Springs been several times myself it is most def a throw back 50's style culture. But the customs are sick and IMO insane on some creations and potentially dangerous to drive I still remember this one called the "Purple People Eater" before it was finished and painted no floorboard the only thing that seperated your head and the top of the tire was sheet metal and you had the bellhousing and tranny that would cut you in half. I was standing a block away and you could hear this thing comin down the road it was nutz...
