i got an exhaust ticket back in 1/7/07, and i got it sign off, but i went to the courthouse around 3/12/07 tried to clear it, and the guy said the ticket isn't in the system yet. does that mean the ticket never got through? i also check at lasuperiorcourt.org. and the ticket wasn't in my information. the due date for this ticket is 3/27/07. wut should i do? and nothing never came in the mail too.

 

Keep calling or checking cause tickets get expensive if we forget about them

 

make sure u get the courthouse to sign off stating you went on or before that date, get names date, time and any paper work you can as evidence. trust me i've had my liscence suspended 3 times for 5 years total even if it falls thru thier system it majically appears out the blue and they get you on failure to appear and a bench warrant then suspend your liscence and hold your registration till the court is taken care of. im just posting my experiances and yes they will charge reissue fees an paper work. take care of it wile its a fix i ticket

 

it is either san bernadino or l.a. county both that they don't have to send you information regarding a traffic citation. i would check the ticket and see if the cop wrote the information down right or just call to try to sort it out.

 

One day over the "pay date" and my parking ticket doubled from $40 to $80. I am sure it's worse in LA for other stuff.

 

after reading this post i also got a cowardly ticket now.
