Hey guys--

It's that time, and my tC needs to go back to stock(not that I have much on it anyway haha) so I can get rid of it =(


Basically I need help swapping out the TRD lowering springs for the offroading stock ones-- it should be really easy because it's swapping already-mounted springs/struts so there is no need to take the springs off the struts-- I just don't have the tools myself--plus extra help is always nice =]

Anyone?!??! (This weekend is when I need the help, sooner if possibe, but this weekend for sure-- Monday is my last day with the tC, unless I get the stock springs back on sooner!)

EDIT: Ended up borrowing tools and my b/f did it-- it took 6.5 freakin hours hahaha but it got done-- i tried to help out but I'm not going to lie- I'm weak and I couldn't even take off a lug nut much less bolts and nuts on the suspension itself hahah

So you want to swap your TRDs for stock springs?

 

whats the point? they shouldn't effect the value since they are trd and therefore have OEM quality in them.

Yep-- I have my stock springs mounted on stock stuts in my garage- so it would be an easy swap ...i think haha



Well...basically, it is a company lease vehicle from Toyota that I lowered because I couldn't stand the stock height-- I am turning it in shortly and it needs to be the way I got it, which was on stock springs. Otherwise I wouldn't care =]

Just because I am a fellow EVO owner hehe. Try hitting up Andino, he lives in the 310 off the 405, but if you want to make the drive, he has the tools.
