The New Cell Phone Law
So who got suckered into buying a hands free phone set????
NOT ME what a scam! When I get a call I'm just guna put my celly cell on speaker and hold it a little lower preferably below the door window.
In the words of George Lopez " you cant look any g@y'r when wearing a blue tooth.
MAS PUTO!"
& if u drink starbucks on a regular basis thats even more g@y'r

I had the headset with the wire to the phone... it died and now have a bluetoothy (parrot) it does unclutter my hands while driving. and I don't give a rip what it looks like ... just as long as it works and I don't get a "silly-me" ticket
I've always found it funny that people are so resistant to safety. Like people who don't wear seat belts for example. If you'd potentially put yourself in more danger because you think you look "___" or silly... well then.
I'm well aware that it's actually the ACT OF TALKING that is dangerous, and not whether or not your holding the bluetooth, which is why in many states where the law is already in effect, there hasn't been much difference, but you are still able to control the car better with both hands as opposed to one.
And since you're still talking, whether on speaker, bluetooth, or whatever, just be aware that you are MUCH more dangerous on statistically than street racers...

As long as your not holding the phone up to or around your ear then your ok.
My phone is usually resting where the speedometer is and on speaker. So when i see i get a call, i just press the side button and its on speaker.
