I see so many girls txting while driving, or typing in a phone number. Its so annoying. I wish they had made texting on the phone against the law to do.

Also they, DMV, be out in unmarked cars grading the elderly on how they drive.

 

lmao i would think textin would be illegal also cuz thats even worst but im just saying cuz i live in compton and i almost got hit by a female cop driving a squat car and texting on her sidekick

Don't worry about elders - 1/2 of the idiots on THIS SITE have wrecked, and most of them are "kids"

 

eh i could careless about this new law being enforced because people will always be texting or talking on the phone and it all depends on the cop right to you if he is chill or strict. i don't like talking on the phone while driving so i just ignore the calls cause if they aren't important than why pick up and talk about

I know officers from diff agencies and they have different versions of this "new law". The enforcing just depends on the officer and how bored they are to go after someone for this. Unless there are some obvious violations being made, you won’t get stopped.

Hands free devices don't make phone talkers safer drivers. I try to avoid the phone talkers and texters. I text while in the car but only while at a stop light. The predictive text feature isn't easy to navigate on a touch screen (which I could use without looking and yes I drive with 1 hand usually anyway).

This is supposed to help with traffic, as they say phone talkers slow down traffic... I doubt there will be much difference.

 

I really dont care as long as the person is paying attention to the road and keeping up with traffic. The ones that dont. Oh hell, watch out for me because I will throw a hella lot of copper pennies at your car when I drive by and givin you a LA 1 finger wave.

^^ But my dollar bills don't fly as far. I'll just use my dollar coins . I stopped texting and driving like a month after I started driving. That and I only talk on the phone when I have to while driving.
