Wow it's amazing what our mental state can do to us. I was cramming for my folio submission, typing out my essays and walla!! my back starts to get this sharp pain and now I am back taking pills and using a heat pad.
By 3pm I was in sooooo much pain. I just knew it was stress. No way the timing could be so precise as to this day when I had to go turn in the folio. So now I am at home wishing I was able to get the folio submitted. Gonna make an early try for it in the morning

who drove through HEAVY, THICK fog last night? I was heading home around 11:40-ishpm and it was scary. Everything was pitch black. It looked like the cities got bombed and nothing was left behind. Couldn't see maybe 10 car lengths ahead.
