i know nothing about pomona raceway except for its a drag strip.

i was wondering if it has open night drag.
fontana use too (under construction) and LACR is too far.

there website doesnt say much.

anyone with experience out there?

 

it hasnt been open for awhile now. ( import drags )

if there is, i would have heard it already since i live too close to it.

 

i dont think they have night drag. I dont hear any dragster at night.

 

fontana opens in summertime... LACR is the most popular...
I heard that there is a place in Pomona i don't think if it's legal though... i heard it from my buddy... if i see him this weekend i'll ask him...

 

fontana is usually open but its close as of right now because they are moving there dragstrip to a different parking lot and making it bigger and better.

LACR is SO far away... mind i live in South OC... i wish pomona will open, it will cut down the amount of street races for sure!!

 

the pomona is close for over 2 yrs
the one i go to is by 605 (irwindale speed way)
i think is only $20- $25 to drag (around that price)
the drag is open every thursday from 4 or 5 pm till 9 or so
if u planing to go up let me know

yea its a 1/8, i was planing to go but its raining season so im waiting till spring/ early summer
