how much would it cost to get a transmission swap? from auto to manual.
i live in the LA area, 562. if anyone lives around this area and knows a good spot, please reply.

im swapping my trans for one with an LSD and ill sell u my old manual trans for $200 just gotta fix a couple syncros.. to make it a lil cheaper, to do it at a shop it WILL cost a lot. people in so cal have done it so im sure someone else can help u do it to, hopefully also making it cheaper for u

synchros will cost you just as much as a new tranny IF NOT MORE, that's why when someone takes there car to the dealer bc of a synchro problem they just change the whole tranny bc the price of changing synchros itself is a lot.

There was actually a thread on here awhile back showing how much each synchro actually is, and its not worth it. might aswell buy a used good/perfect condition tranny with a warranty, check on ebay or junkyards etc.
