The cut out in the fence (where the dude in the yellow towel is) is where I was shooting during the eliminations. Notice the ripped banners on the k-rails? This is where the drivers try to “clip” the wall to score more points I think.

During the finals, I moved to get a different angle of the cars. Look where all the pro's are and what they are using. I fooled them. ha

Damn... Wish i was there.... Getting able to see the nitto scion, the rs-r tc and the future scions..... and meet with ken gushi.....

 

great shots Edwin.....some of those shots were suicidal........I was by one of the cut outs on the chainlink during an accident and one of the kids got whacked with a whole lot of debris.

 

The shots with the tails in my face were nothing but a blur. so I deleted most of those. Maybe Edwin V. will use some.

We were in the back section, in the pits, not in the vendor area.

EXCELLENT PICS by the way. I was looking through them hoping to see a shot or two of the NST cars. Maybe next time.
