Default RIVERSIDE COUNTY: Speeding Violations

Well...

Got my first ticket today. Pretty damn pathetic I must add.
I was going 60 on Ramona Expressway, where the speed limit is 55,
going with traffic. I turn onto Perris BLVD., and I continue to go along
with traffic around 60, since there were no signs posted, everyone pretty
much thought that 55 was the limit on that street.

Turns out that it was 45.

But where was the sign? No where in site. I even questioned the
officer to point out the nearest sign. He didn't even answer me.

Whatever, I'm ____ed.

Anyways, does anyone know what the fee is for going
60MPH in a 45MPH zone? I'm pretty much clueless how this
whole ticket/court/whatever thing works.

Take fraffic school. I had a 80 in a 70 and it was 160 with the traffic school fee. Traffic school is easy.

i was goin 80+ on freeway thats suppose to be 65 on the 215 rite after the ramona exit.

my ticket was like 150 and i took a traffic class online. its better to take online cause u really dont have to do ____. jus take the test. and if u fail, u can keep retaking it until u pass

Default fight it

If there is no posted sign that the speed limit has changed take some pics or video and FIGHT it, alot of work but worth it. Go in court, say that you want to fight it, set up next date, then call and get and extension 2-3 times then go in with pics...the officer probably wont even show which means its dismissed if the does show up then you got the pics...Remember calm, cool, and collected is the key. And dress NICE, no baggy pants, or ghetto stuff, cover up tats and remove/hide piercings.

Online?

Where do I go about taking it online?

I don't feel like going out to some place and being
"taught" all this crap and commonsense all over again.

Dude some cops are just jerks. You're looking at about $200. Online traffic school is awesome if you are good at browser navigation you can search the answers and get it done really fast.

I would recommend against fighting it because they will believe a cop way sooner than you, and that's what it comes down to.
