if you are free on Friday come to the SE meet. PM me for directions.

First of the response is great....and I appriciate all the comments and advice, scion life is trully one of the best if not the best websites for people to chill and interact. There seems to be alot of scion car clubs, which only means WE LOVE OR CARS!!

I will see if i can make it on friday this souds good about how many are participating in the run?

Not to worry OC peeps, Dave the owner of Guppy Tea House were we currently have our meets in Cerritos will be opening another Guppy's Boba house in Yorba Linda in Sept., So there will be a SE meeting site in Orange County soon..They are usually open till 3:30 am so there is a late night hang out coming soon.

I will post up a grand opening M & G as the date comes closer..Peace to all.

Yeaaaah! It's about time! Yorba Linda can also serve as a closer meeting point for those in the IE. Thanks! I'll be a super active member once this happens.

Nice! I'm up in Fullerton, so that would be killer.

And now, to be a complete n00b....

What the hell do all these clubs do? I mean, is it just about chillin' with other Scion owners and hanging out? Helping with mods and installs? I'm just curious what people do, like, regularly. I'm mostly down for whatever, though.

yeah, that's basically it. also add, go to shows/events, meets, gatherings, etc. To me the whole Scion movement is like a cult. lol. Its a whole different world from the other import car groups that Ive ever been involved with. Being in a club is good because you get familiar with everything faster and getting involved easier.

I second this !! Being a part of the Scion Culture is alot different ! Someone in the scion culture loves each and every mod you do to your car .. whether it be a shift **** to building a show car !! All is great to see !

That's a great statement. It should be quoted as a testimonial. :]

[/quote] I feel ya. But you don't HAVE to bring your Scion. Everyone understands that it won't be done for a while. And besides you're just looking around so we don't really care. We will welcome you with open arms!!

No worries man..just stop by next time with or without the car....it's all good.

We take all from mild to wild...it's a club and not a show team, tho alot of or cars have been featured on national pulications and even Scion brochures, but we're not all about that. It's just gathering to chill with friends is out objective...

so please do stop by and hope to see ya at one of the meets..

You might have your mind made up, but in case you haven't, like mentioned earlier, Quality Toys meets in Corona at the Quality Scion off of Maple. It's right past the 71. We just had our meet this past Friday, but meet every 1st & 3rd Friday of the month. I'm one of the newest members, about 1.5months & really love to hang out with the crew. Everybody's super chill & willing to help with anything. They also always look to see what each member has to say about any subject. Don't worry about not bringing a car, I showed up to the first few events in borrowed cars because mine was at the shop. Scion folks are totally different from most clubs, for the most part very relaxed & cool to hang out with. If you want some more insight as to Quality toys, you can pm me or check with our prez, tdubsrkt. Good luck.

I'm from Placentia, so a North OC group would be sweet!
Btw, Placentia is squished between YL and Fullerton.
I'm right nearby Anaheim, Orange, Anaheim Hills, etc.

There are so many options; I don't know what to choose!
Haha, I'll have to go out and meet some people from different groups

I like the idea of a north OC group! I'm right on the edge of YL, Fullerton, and Placentia.

Sweet, right about where?
I'm on Alta Vista/Rose and I'm always in Fullerton at Chapman/Raymond at my dance studio.
