Ummm...gift certificate? We have all been to shows where the ACTUAL prize was not there.

SE was never in posession of it. Gift certificate is a different story, u can use that for watever the certificate is for. ive never heard of that before, again that would be like Ptuning accepting money for there Spipe back exhaust and then not sending it out cause the manufacture for it never gave them the exhaust. so what happens then? all the money people wasted goed into there pockets, i dont think so

the items were supposed to be dropped shipped / delivered from memphis to the guy... the fact of the matter is that he has recieved half of what he was said to have recieved and it has been explained to him by multiple people including keith / and the memphis rep as to what happened... the kid is just that a kid.. crying about what he has not gotten but failed to mention the fact that he has recieved all but 2 items from the list.... once again... it has been explained to him as to when / where he will recieve the items and as to why he has yet to recieve them... yet this kid continued to push the envelope... i have a feeling he is gonna ____ off more people than he thinks.. and this was just like a gift card it was to be supplied the the sponsor and it didnt pan out like it was supposed to... its not like he didnt recieve anything he got something... he wasnt left high and dry... i really hope the this kid choses to sell his car and not attend any more shows... its not like is a huge asset to the community... i think i have seen this guy maybe 2 times at allt he events ive been to... looks like is just in it for the free / raffle items... : (

yes we can... you and kristina are both assets to this community... using your car and friends you have made to better the community... chris by helping develop parts and attending events to better the community and help you business.. and kristina using balliztic and other car clubs to help out with the march for dimes cause... both of those things i seem ans bettering the community.. not whining over some raffle prize.... you guys both show support to the scene and use it to help others...

I was stating don't judge someone if they are an asset or not by this situation that he brought up. Also stating that you think he should sell his car...Wow that's not too supportive! Lets let the people involved resolve the situation and come to a happy ending on both ends. Also lets keep positive here for both him and parties involved. mods have left this open in hopes a resolution, lets keep it open!

I would also recommend anybody who knows anything about something and how anything works (like logic) that they would call out SE and ask them to slam this guy and post up e-mail correspondence. If all matters were handled in a just fashion on SE's part, all correspondence would show exactly that. It would show how Keith may or may not have explained the situation and/or got it handled and/or is handling it. What you idiots have to understand is that if MEMPHIS IS NOT RESPONDING TO SE'S E-MAILS, THEN WTF SHOULD SE DO? In a real world situation, Memphis Car Audio would be sued and everything would be set straight, but this is SL car club garbage so it's not going to get to that. What fellow douchebag SL trolls prefer is that the club pays out of pocket!

Sure that might be the easiest way to go but the reality of it is that that puts the car club in the negative and the only way to retaliate is through slandering of the company. (which is what this guy should have did instead of call out SE) Now if you slander a large incorporation, then you likely will get sued so you're further in the hole! Yes!!!! I love the rules of logic!

What you SL trolls don't understand is that yes, SE did confirm Memphis Car Audio to give out a prize. Yes, Memphis did say it was going to give out the prize. Yes, MEMPHIS FAILED TO FULFILL THIER PART OF THE OBLIGATION.

The simple fact that Keith has been in contact with this guy shows more than enough involvement. The reality of it is that SE has nothing to do with the prize other than handing it off. Keith could have just said, "contact Memphis Audio...here's their e-mail, phone #, yadda yada" and that would technically be enough.

To those that believe that his post here to call out SE is producing results, you're all idiots. The reality of it is that it only forces SE to contact Memphis again to say, "Hey guys, now your name is all over the internet about being a douche company." Then all of a sudden MEMPHIS' PEOPLE START TO WORK. You want results? Change the title to "MEMPHIS CAR AUDIO IS A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS" then post it ALL OVER THE INTERNET AND NOT JUST THIS FORUM. I bet you'll get better results. With or without SE's help.

PS. I lied about not hating people from SE and not just the club. I definitely hate some.

This is just sad....I mean the least you could do is be understanding that times are tough and that not everyone is standing straight right now. Memphis couldnt supply the whole thing but they atleast put out a small part of it. The thing is they tried to not leave you empty handed. Dissing SE was not the proper thing to do. They went ahead and put up a great show and now because of this altercation they might not do it again. Getting a Sub and an Amp for a raffle ticket is a hell of a deal. Stuff happens that cannot be forseen and unfortunatley this was one of them.....


P.S. SE you guys are great and I hope everything can be resolved
