Judging: 6 pm
Awards/ raffles: 8:30
ENDS: 10 pm

The general mgr will block out rooms if we want and as long as when you book, your group code and will get a promotional price of 20% off which will be $55+tax/night.
That includes breakfast. Hotel has pool and hot tub and each room has fridge and microwave.
