wondering if any of these shows/events are happening this year.

 

hope scion knotts does. knotts' 5mins walk away from my crib... LOLZ but offcourse i'll drive my tc2 there. ahahahaa

my gf's aunt (who works at Toyota Corp Torrance) confirmed and might even be working that night

i haven't heard anything about Longo Show...maybe i'll try to ask my service guy next time i have a chance

From what I heard its a buy 1 ticket get 1 free event.

 

btw, these events can only happen every year IF you guys help push the brand and get friends and family to buy a Scion.

So when is it? I was too lame to know about the other ones so I never went

 

Serious rumor I heard the other night was that Scion Night is gonna be held at Irwindale Speedway. Again that's just a rumor, but then again it makes sense because they own the damn venue. free venue + less spending= more to offer guests.

 

So i'm guessing no Knott's but the event itself will be held at Irwindale Speedway? I just remember there was a caravan from Speedway to Knott's

 

^and that caravan turned out to be a bust

 

Looking forward to the longo event. I hope we get a notice in advance to get the day off.

 

I kinda liked the caravan.. I hope it's the same as last year, if not better! I won't accept any less from them. I was watching a show inside Knotts' and turned around and saw Jack Hollis standing behind me.. I was too of a _____ to say hi.. I want a second chance. Pleaaassseeeee... :D

 

seriously. we thought that we would have an actual police escort last year. (or am i asking to much?)

while most of the Scion owners (not real enthusiast) raced to Knott's, HFDs just cruised there.

 

I went to the Longo event a couple years ago, it was effin awesome. pretty tight quarters though. I might make the trip from Salt lake for that one if its happening

last year i didnt cruise with you guys but this year im definitely pulling up with the crew!

 

that also happened back in 06 or was it 07 for the scion superhighway show up in santa barbara. we thought that scion would get some kind of police escort from dodger stadium to santa barbara...boy were we wrong. so scion isn't that great in setting up caravans imo

 

there's really no point of the cruise because more than 80% of Scion owners will prove they are faster than the others. It's a fact because I went through this last year

 

I never went to any of these but I'd like to go to the Longo one at least once in my lifetime lolz
