Default Scion Owners Wanted For L.A. Focus Group on 8/3

Hey guys,

Scion is looking for some lucky Scion owners in the L.A. area to be included in a research project that is going to take place on the evening of Thursday, August 3rd. You would need to show up at the location for a couple of hours on an evening, and you would even be compensated a few dollars for your time. Your opinions will be used to shape the direction of future Scion marketing programs.

Whats the catch? We are SPECIFICALLY looking for tuners that have invested several thousand dollars into their car. Driving a stock box? So sorry, but we want some trick rides so that Scion can better determine the future of performance tuning. Also, the focus group would especially love to talk to xA and xB owners, but tC and even other competing vehicle owners are welcome to apply.

They only need eleven people, so not everyone will get a chance to participate!

Interested in being involved to create a better brand? Lindsey is waiting for your email: lindsey.davis@synovate.com

MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE YOUR NAME, CITY AND CONTACT NUMBERS!

It sucks that Scion only believes that people only between the ages of 21-30 should buy this car...or are only interested in what that demographic thinks...I got the call but was rejected based on my age..........So now I'm a little bit ____ed since most of the people that invest thousands of dollars and many hours supporting and promoting Scion are over 30....shame on Scion for this type of discrimination!

Besides the original post does not specify an age group.

Shame indeed, some of the best modders out there are over 30, Ric Campell and his Auto Fashion RS2.0 xB comes to mind.

I was going to send an Email but thought better of it because before they always wanted under 30. Now I see I was right. I hope they hear what they want to hear........

man im 32 years old and im not into hip-hop or rave type stuff or whatever but
thats seems to be who most companys target it really sucks

but im happy with my car and the people ive meet
im still working on it, if i could afford to it would be done the way i picture it

Seems like a Self absorbed image based society
oh well a little more wider demo graphic wouldent hurt, age or not it carries the import stereotype
hot rodders are just now widening their horizons and so are the bike communitys but i understand what you mean

yeah but keep in mind that they dont get money from those "modders" they get the money form all the young kids that see those cool cars andgo out and have there daddys buy em... and there accesories too! thats y you cant come... they wanna connect with the kids... the older tunners just give them more rep... sucks but its true
