Default scion united car wash?

anybody living in the vegas/henderson/boulder city area planning on organizing a car wash? scion has requested that each vehicle be so fresh n so clean upon arrival, and the nevada desert is gonna do a number on everyone on their way.

i'm half tempted to get there a day early and organize a bikini car wash and roll in the flow by the fistful, if anyone that direction would like to set something up i think i'd be rad. especially since most all of us scion owners would gladly fork out $5-10 for a decent bucket wash rather than brave the brushes and wheel rails that do work on our rims at most washes.

post it up!

Sounds like a good deal to me, I was just trying to figure out how to wash my car, especially since I cant goto a normal car wash because of the brushes (my vented hood) If its a car wash with just water pressure, im fine though lol

i've found two places in boulder. i called yesterday and left messages with the managers, so hopefully i hear back soon. i'm gonna try to set something up for a discount coupon for scion owners.

if all else fails, i'll rock a speedo and wash your car it'll cost ya tho, this milkshake brings all the boys to the yard!

I'll just make sure to look away when you guys bend over. Good thing this isn't in Palm Springs. Those boys there would love to watch that.

ok, well i called Perfect Image Detailing, 1569 Foothill Dr, boulder city today again for the second time.... guy is a total douche. the minute i mentioned i was calling about a "car show event" he flat out told me "not interested" and hung up.

so, per his request, i suggest that NOBODY get their car washed there ;)

i'll post as soon as i can get something arranged

Cool. I plan on going up there Thursday, staying overnight, and then probably get up early Friday and detail the car then drive it in to them hehe. Depending on the wash place/etc I might just do that instead though.

actually just got off the phone with Henry's Mobile Car Wash... guys have really good recommendations online and seem pretty legit. best part is, they're mobile. anyone PLEASE if you're in the boulder city area maybe could find us a vacant parking lot or something near the even that where we could post up shop?

Yeah I can say for sure that allot of people are gonna need some rest and a car wash when they arrive. Including myself. I also can't do the car wash machines cause of my mods.

So I for one will really appreciate this. Oh and Maybe everyone that plans to do this should leave earlier to meet the time line and get the car done.

I'm not too keen on someone else washing my car =\ Aren't there those pull in stalls where you can wash the car yourself? Never used one, but I'd prefer to use that than pay someone else to wash it for me. Unless they do a damned good job and give a nice price break.
