Scion Unity bbq and kick back Aug 11th
Where: Toyon Park, Anaheim hills
When: August 11th
Time: 10-5
Food: Its a potluck style
Hey guys Nilo "World Famous" from SE and I would like to personally invite everyone w/ a Scion stock to very WOW (jay jay status) to this bbq. Its a kick back and not a show. A plain jane meet w/ no raffles, trophies, and giveaways. This is for everyone to get to know each other better and leave all the politics and egos aside. So how bout it So Cal? Hope to see everone there and a few new people we haven't met. If you are new to Scion Life or just new to the game, come out and meet with us. Should be a good time.
Also in addition to this meet, we are trying to get a softball, basketball, hide n go seek, etc game planned. if your club would like to participate in any of these please post up.

Also, maybe clubs can bring their banners?
We can do a huge group picture with all the club banners
hanging in the back or in the front. Get Scion to post it
up on their corporate website and stuff, haha.

did you pick that park for a reason?

I stickied it for ya Kirby.
uhmm.. I'll be in Pasadena for my B-day... (which btw is the 11th...)
but uhmm.. i think DCI finals is going to start at 5pm... so gates.. gotta be there 3:30pm...
but uhmm.. do i wanna watch Div II & III in the morning? uhm... grrr... that starts at 10:30am...
1hr drive away.. tack on at least 30 min for stupid socal traffic.... hmmm.... plans, plans!?
hmm... any chance to move it to somewhere closer to like west covina, pasadena.. north west a little?

Thanks for the post Kirby and the sticky Trung....sorry for the late post everryone. I got the paper work last weekm but was to busy to go to city hall, but I had the time yesterday so now we are official !!
I reserved the selter with tables, sink w/ running water and also got elctricity..the park is great, it's on top of the hill with all the amenities for all the activities well all enjoy.
This is the first of hopelly be a annual event for the SoCal region. We wanted to make is a total kick back meet and Q for all clubs and enthusiast to go to..no show, no politics just a chance for all local owners to meet each other.
We also ask that the major car clubs please donate and bring a major dish as well as a case of drinks if possible.
Post up on the roll call if you would like to attend and thanks in advance to all for posting.
