Default So Cal! I need your help!!

As the title reads, I need to ask all those who live in the South Pasadena, Pasadena, Alhambra, SGV, or MPK area to PLEASE be on the look out for a black late model pick up truck, late 80s to early 90s, possibly a Mitsubishi or a Ford, License plate number 4JIO963. Driver looks to be early to mid 20s, hispanic, long curly-ish hair. This a-hole decided it would be great to back into my car and then stop, think about staying, and say NAWWW and bone the f' out of the parking lot, luckily it was in a pretty busy plaza, and there were numerous witnesses. The incident occured in South Pasadena, at the intersection of Fair Oaks and State, by the Starbucks. I made a police report, the damage isn't too bad, Looks like I'm probably gonna need a new rear bumper and paint. The bumper was dented in, but then popped itself out, but it has a crease line now, I'm estimating the damage to be about 500ish? Give or take. Not to worried about the car itself, its just the principle of the matter. My theory is the guy drank a lil too much at the bar/restaurant Carmines, thats located in the plaza, and didn't want to get boned with a DUI. Anyway, sorry to rant, just been a long night, I've posted pictures below, any help would be awesome. Thanks for listening to my story, and like i said if you see this f*cker, let me know!

Location

The guy who hit me was parked where the van is, and you can see the top of my car from that picture...can't believe the dumbass hit me form there! wtfreak!?

Pffft.....that will buff right out but man that sucks. Too bad there are just a-holes in this world that just like to do this kind of stuff. If the world didn't have these kind of people it would be so much better. But good luck in getting it fixed.

dude i wish it were that easy, but the bumper is all warped from denting in and being pushed back out; it would be easier to just get a new bumper. If all goes to plan, everything will fixed by next week, hopefully they find the **** by then
