hahahaha yeah it got fixed. the xd's been having a small host of headscratching problems but its all resolved now thanks . hopefully i can hang out more too many people i know in one spot i cant socialize with everyone at one time haha but yeah good meet cant wait to go again =)

Thanks for everyone who showed up. The first ever micro meet had a very good turnout, around 50-55 total micros? I don't think there was ever tension with us and the other (fit, versa) owners, all it would take was just say sup or hi and approach them. Mike Ma, it was good to see you out there and thanks for hooking it up! I finally met a few other xA owners but i forgot their names haha.

A micro meet 1.5 version here in daygo is maybe in the works soon so stay tuned!

 

see mike thats why you shouldn't drive an xD. too many problems! j/k xD owners. ill try and make it out to the next one. maybe even the "daygo" one.

The xB's were the bB Squad guys. very cool cats

 

So far my Fave Yaris is the black one with lip kit. Not feelin the Fits really.

 

they were sick but obviously unwanted. i felt more welcomed by the fit owners then the xa peeps.

 

I can understand why xA owners weren't too keen on xB's crashing in on the lil meet

 

psh. i wanted to come, but didnt have time.

 

I apologize if you felt that way. That's how it felt between all the makes. Everyone seemed to stay with their own model, but there were a few that came up and introduced themselves. I met a couple Fit & Yaris owners. But everyone did their own thing. All the Yarii disappeared to the back lot to take pictures for a couple hours before we went to lunch, and when we came back, 90% of the Fits were no where to be seen and bB Squad showed up. But life goes on....

 

Funny, I felt we xA's were quite nice. We walked all around the xB's for a while admiring the VIP Boxes. I felt the opposite of you Tsuihousha.

So here is my idea. Next meet, all the vendors will hopefully show, and we can figure out something to do that will get all of us talking to each other. A raffle, maybe food??

why I mentioned planning group related stuff. I had my tripod and camera ready. But I was thinking I would not really be needed.

Anyways, planning ahead and getting everyone involved will help the next meet

sounds like a great meet. weather was bad but to show that 55ish cars showed up is saying a lot, especially in bad weather. i say have a Micro Meet bi-yearly and keep the micros fresh in the scene. everyone needs to mix it up more. it's not really a game of, "my car is better than yours because...", it's more of an understanding of tuning and modification to each one's style.


i would've mixed it up if i went. but i had to stay behind. next time for SURE!

 

its ok. no one would have admired my box anyways cause i dont have pretty flashing lights and sportmax rims was a good meet for you guys but as far as the scion community goes and what i respect in cars now i agree with many others that its headed on a downhill slope. specially there were a few who were actually making fun, thats pretty nice huh? im glad it was a good first turnout for a micro meet there, its always awesome when that happens.
