Need to get an address and details of a shop near Chula Vista or National City to get my friend's car lowered. Looking for the cheapest price tag with a good quality service. He has a 2005 Corolla to be lowered with Hotchkis.

There's not that many 'quality' shops in Chula and National City in my opinion.

But you can try Enginuity just north of the Mile of Cars. They used to be the southern branch of Pann Auto

If you guys are willing to drive up north a little more, you can go to Group 5 or AutoFashion.
