better check for caliper clearance, you might need spacer or shave the caliper.

Caliper grinding required. He's got 15x7's. There's another dude rockin' 13" RWD spokes on his xB, and he also had to grind the calipers. They've got a nice lip since they're reversed. Also used spacers to stick em' out even further for the lowrider stance..

I spoke with a Dayton rep about 6-8 months ago, and he said they were in the process of developing something that would fit an xB. Said that they should be out early 07', but I never checked if they came about. Might be worth looking into.

Yeay..yeah, we met there. The name is Mike...no worries on not remembering.

17x7 should be fine. Dependig on what style he's going for. Probably would have to do some minor grinding of the caliper, but whatever. My friend actually cut that entire little bar off on the top corner edge of the caliper. Made for plenty of clearance with no problems. Grinding should be minor though if he uses spacers also. 7" wide is pretty much the stock look, so he'll probably want to stick them out a little anyways. If he wants the deep dish look he'll have to get RWD wheels. It's kinda hard to find backspacing info on wires for some reason. When I was looking aorund everyone would just say "they're for FWD, RWD, or standard" (that would be 0 offset/backspacing). Nobody had numbers, so I'm don't have a recomendation on what it should be. The only other thing to look out for when buying wires is that there's a million companies out htere making cheap wheels. The silicone in the cheap wheels end up decaying in less than a year, and air leaks develope. If possible try to search out the better brands like Sinister, Dayton etc..etc.. The most inportant thing to look out for is what kind of warranty they offer. Godd companies like Dayton offer a lifetime warranty, but the cheesy people don't offer anything or only like 3 months. Would stay away from thsoe.

Thanks Mike for your help. Now my last question, where do you or anyone recommend to check these wheels out?. Its something that Island Motorsport has or SuperAutobacs. lol.

Hahahah..autobacs is loaded with wires. Go to any small tire /wheel shop in East LA, and they'll have them. OG wire wheels is in Santa Fe springs. You could go directly to the source to check them out. when my friend was searching for his he just drove around East LA, and stopped into small shops. Some had them some didn't. He ended up going to OG wires and buying straight form them. Most people I know who have them buy straight from the manufacturer. Internet search will bring up OG's website. L.A. wires is another, but I can't find a link for it. ummm....pick up an issue of lowrider mag, and they'll be a crap load of adds for shops selling them. A lot of the shops are Norcal though. Kinda weird.

Almost forgot you were in the IE. Homboyz in your area. check this link out http://www.layitlow.com/forums/index.php?showuser=2907 They're kinda like a small distributer that sells online through a lowrider forum. The dudes number is in the link I sent. Doesn't hurt to check it out. Here's anothe link for them http://www.layitlow.com/forums/index...T&f=16&t=34663
