I keep missing meets.....the lil lady keeps planning things and then telling me about those said plans...at the last minute....
But at least I got into Knotts for free, being a vet has its perks.

OK. I blame the last accident pictures on the current one. I backed my box into the wife's camry today. She'll need a new rear bumper.....so will the box..and new rear LED tails...ayone know of someone who has the black out LED tails for a good price? Sh!tty day so far!

I just received word that the shop is fixing my car. They claim my TYCs are destroyed. Believe it or not it's $8000 in damages.

 

Man...I work there on sundays. Come say hi. I'm the valet over by alcatraz. lol. If you guys ever need a new spot to hold the meet, let me know. We block of about 100+ spaces for the valet section.

 

dude if you would be able to do that for us that would be awesome..you would have to talk to your manager first though because i don't want anyone getting into trouble

Was involved in a car accident last Tuesday (driving home on my lunch hour). Did a lane change (signaled, checked 3 times before moving over) from lane 2 to 1. Driving approximately 60-65 MPH for about 10-15 seconds when traffic all of a sudden came to a slow stop. Needless to say I was about 5 feet away from the car in front of me and slowing to a full complete stop when the guy behind me rear ended me and forced my car into the vehicle in front of me.

He claims I cut in front of him and did an evasive maneuver which caused him to hit me ( course he has no witnesses) and it's his word versus mine. CHP interviewed all 3 of us and said my story wasn't "jiving" with theirs. Both other parties say that traffic was coming to a slow stop. If he saw that traffic was slowing down, then why did he hit me? slow traffic=slow speeds...what caused him to hit me? To top it off it didn't help that the CHP officer was mixing/twisting my words around. Guess I'll just have to wait for the police report; I'll keep thinking positively but I get this weird feeling that somehow I'll be blamed for all of this....if not then he is paying for my car, medical, drugs that I'm currently on to rid the pain, and some other stuff.

I should be able to attend at least 1 more OC meet before I move to Santa Barbara for photography school. Even when I move I'll still pop by every now and then.
