damn. why do speeding tickets have to be so expensive? $315 for doing 63 in a 40 is a bit excessive, I think.

I think rolo had the fastest out of the 3 of us. 10.01 sec at like 71 mph. Somehwere close to that. The turbo tc's were hardly runing 9.5 at like 80 mph. You'd have given them a run for their money Ray! Wish everyone coulda been there! Lots of practice! I had 12 runs... I think my best was like 10.1 sec at 69.5 mph. I have to double check my time slips though!

hey Team Descent, thanks for kickin it with us last night. Rolo enjoy the grille I threw back for you to win. lol. I was gonna run, but I didnt want you tC kids to owned live by the pandabox.

 

your forgetting that some of our turbo's don't spool up and are in full boost until 3rd gear, and at the track I didn't even get to hit 4th gear..

my best time was 9.9 @ 81.21 with no launch and having some fuel problems. but was definitly fun... on street tires.. at stock pressure.

 

haha, gettin a little defensive? We all know turbo'd cars dont do well on the 1/8 mile. I was merely stating that fact. Although it would be pretty frustrating to have a n/a with only 4 or 500 bucks worth of bolt-ons beat a $3-$4000 turbo'd car. I would be thinking twice about having spent all that money.
