Default Those of you going to SEMA.

How are you going to vote while at SEMA? My coworker just asked me when I was leaving & I told her the 2nd, & she's like so you're not going to vote? & I said DAMMIT, TOTALLY DIDN'T REALIZE THE SITUATION! So, for those of you going, how are you going to vote since you're going to be in a different state than the one you're registered in?

I'm strictly asking how we're supposed to do it. Please, don't turn this into a political debate. We already have 49058490385034 threads for that..

I totally feel like an idiot asking this.

My grandparents are going to be out of state for the election but there is a way to vote by mail. Either go to www.lavote.net or call 568.466.1323

DEADLINE TO GET YOUR ABSENTEE BALLOT APPROACHING
VOTE EARLY BEFORE GOING TO THE 2008 SEMA SHOW

Our industry has much at stake in this election. On November 4, 2008, voters will elect thousands of state and local leaders, 11 governors, 435 members of Congress, 35 senators and a new president. Each and every one of these elected officials has the ability to positively or negatively shape legislation affecting each of us, our company and our communities.
Given that most of the industry will be in Las Vegas attending the SEMA Show, individuals are urged to vote prior to leaving. The links below will provide information on voter registration, obtaining absentee ballots or where available, voting early in person. This information is designed to encourage employees of SEMA-member companies, regardless of political affiliations, to exercise their civic duty and vote.

This message is brought to you by SEMA PAC. Be sure to check out the new SEMA PAC website at www.semapac.org.
