FYI to all those w/ "OUR" ins (won't post the name in case it comes back to haunt me) i am the first line of customer service, so... that's definitely not a good thing.

Me too. I also hate un-wrapping the ones my old lady wrapped. She likes to use spray adhesive, packing tape, duct tape and whatever else will make them damn near impossible to open.
